This form will not automatically populate any of your deposit costs or rental fees, or make any final calculations for you.
You MUST manually enter your values on the above form in the correct boxes.

Here's an example:
• Mandatory costs: Booking Deposit = £200, Security Deposit = £200
• Total Rental Cost: Will be the number of weeks you want to stay multiplied by the rate according to when you want to stay (for example - 2 weeks in April would be - 2 x £500 = £1,000)
• Pool Heating (if required): £90 multiplied by the number of weeks of your stay (for example - 2 weeks would be - 2 x £90 = £180)
• After the Booking Deposit of £200 is paid to secure your booking, the Final Balance will be Due: Which will be all of the above added together, excluding the Booking Deposit (for example - (Security Deposit) £200 + (Total Rental Cost) £1,000 + (Pool Heating) £180 = £1,380) - this is the figure (once calculated by you) that you will need to enter in to the Final Balance Due box.
